3. Data Loss Policy

We take precautions to protect your data, but we are not liable for any data loss. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

  • User Responsibility: Clients are solely responsible for maintaining backups of their data, including website files, databases, and other digital assets.
  • Backups: While ZeeroWeb may perform periodic backups for our own operational purposes, we do not guarantee the availability or integrity of these backups.
  • No Guarantee of Data Recovery: We offer no guarantee of data recovery in the event of loss.
  • Pre-Change Backups: We strongly advise clients to create a full backup of their website and data before requesting any changes or updates.

4. Ready-to-Go Website Products

Our ready-to-go website products are provided "as is" and include encrypted or proprietary code. The license for these products is non-exclusive and non-transferable. Reverse-engineering or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Free Website Giveaway

ZeeroWeb may offer free website giveaways as part of promotional campaigns. These offers are subject to specific terms, and any additional customization or services beyond the scope of the giveaway will be billed separately.

6. Service Use Guidelines

  • Registration and Account Management: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep this information updated.
  • Content Ownership: You retain ownership of all content you provide. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this content for the purpose of delivering our services.
  • Licensing: Our services and products are licensed, not sold. You are granted a limited, revocable license to use our services as outlined in these Terms.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Content Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that all content provided to us complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.
  • Payment Terms: You agree to pay all fees for services in a timely manner as outlined in your service agreement.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Ownership of Deliverables: Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables, excluding any of our pre-existing intellectual property.
  • Branding and Credits: We reserve the right to include a "Designed by ZeeroWeb" credit in the footer of websites we create.

9. Anti-Abuse and Fair Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or abusive purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for any violation of this policy.

  • Compliance with Indian Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Kolkata, West Bengal, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

11. Support and Maintenance

Support and maintenance terms are outlined in individual service agreements. We provide lifetime technical support for issues directly related to our work but do not cover issues arising from third-party modifications or plugins.

12. Termination and Refunds

  • Termination by ZeeroWeb: We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion for any breach of these Terms.
