Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for any services or products once the work has commenced or the product has been delivered. This includes, but is not limited to:

• 🚫Website Development, Design, and Hosting Services: All fees paid for website design, development, and hosting are non-refundable as these services require extensive resource allocation from the moment of engagement.
• 🚫Digital Integrations: Charges for integrating third-party services such as APIs, CRM systems, and payment gateways are non-refundable.
• 🚫Subscription Fees: Monthly or annual fees for ongoing services (like SEO, Social Media Management, and maintenance) are non-refundable.
• 🚫Ready-to-Go Website Products: Our pre-built website solutions involve encrypted, proprietary code and are sold as-is. All sales for these products are final.
• 🚫Free Website Giveaways: While the initial website may be free, any charges for customization, add-ons, or additional services are non-refundable.

We understand that project requirements can evolve. ZeeroWeb will make every reasonable effort to accommodate change requests within the original scope of the project. However, if any requested changes require significant additional work or features not included in the original agreement, these may be subject to separate billing. All such charges will be discussed and agreed upon before any additional work begins.
