If you use Zeeroweb’s hosting services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• User Responsibility: You bear sole responsibility for the security, protection, and integrity of your data.
• Backups: You must regularly create backup copies of your data and store them outside the server provided by Zeeroweb.
• No Guarantee of Data Recovery: Zeeroweb is not responsible for providing 100% recovery of lost data.
• Pre-Change Backups: Before making changes to your website or hosting environment, you must perform a complete data backup.

4. Ready-to-Go Website Products

Zeeroweb offers ready-to-go website solutions that include:

• Encrypted Code: The website code is encrypted to safeguard intellectual property.
• No Source Code Ownership: Clients receive only a license to use the product and not the readable source code.
• Strict Licensing Rules: Reverse-engineering, decrypting, or modifying the code is prohibited.

5. Free Website Giveaway

Zeeroweb occasionally runs free website giveaways. The terms of the giveaway are:

• Website Only: Winners receive a basic website using a pre-designed template.
• No Customization Included: The free website comes as-is, without additional modifications.
• Additional Features Chargeable: Customization requests beyond the provided website will be charged separately.

6. Service Use Guidelines

6.1 Registration and Account Management

Clients must provide accurate information during registration. All communication, including project updates, invoices, and support, will be sent to the registered email or contact number.

6.2 Content Ownership

All content, including text, images, and data shared by clients, must be legally owned by the client or authorized for use.

6.3 Licensing

Proprietary tools, plugins, or website products from Zeeroweb are licensed, not sold. Clients must not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or modify them without prior consent.

7. Client Responsibilities

7.1 Content Compliance

Clients must ensure that their content does not:

• Violate Indian intellectual property or copyright laws.
• Contain offensive, defamatory, or obscene material.
• Threaten public safety or national security.

Zeeroweb reserves the right to refuse projects containing unlawful or inappropriate content.

7.2 Payment Terms

Clients must adhere to agreed payment terms. Non-payment may result in service suspension.

7.3 Account Security

Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Zeeroweb is not liable for unauthorized access due to client negligence.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Ownership of Deliverables

Upon full payment, clients own the final website and its custom-developed code unless otherwise specified. However, Zeeroweb retains ownership of proprietary tools, templates, plugins, and ready-to-go website products.

8.2 Branding and Credits

Zeeroweb reserves the right to include a small footer credit (e.g., “Designed by Zeeroweb”) on websites unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client.

9. Anti-Abuse and Fair Use Policy

Zeeroweb strictly prohibits:

• Using the platform for illegal activities, including hacking or phishing.
• Uploading malware, spyware, or other malicious software.
• Excessive resource usage affecting service performance for others.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund.

10. Legal Compliance and Dispute Resolution

Clients must comply with all relevant Indian laws, including:

• The Consumer Protection Act, 2019

10.2 Dispute Resolution
